We believe the construction industry is segmented into many specialized markets, each of which supports and allows numerous opportunities for contractors. We believe there is a need in these markets for a contractor who can produce a quality product in a timely manner, as well as work side-by-side with the owner/developer in the development of plans and specifications, resulting in an increase in project quality while controlling overall costs.

President
Charles A. Coleman
Charles “Chuck” Coleman has been active in the construction industry for over 45 years. During his career he has been a part of all aspects of the industry including field operations, estimating, business development, project management and executive leadership. He established Coleman Goodemote Construction in 1993, leading it to become a respected company throughout the East Central Florida region. Throughout his career, Coleman Goodemote has partnered with many of the area's leading clients including International Speedway Corporation, NASCAR, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and Halifax Health Medical Center. Today, Chuck continues to have an active role in the day-to-day operations of the company as well as responsibility for the overall direction and guidance of the company.

Vice President
Robert C. Coleman
Robbie Coleman has been affiliated with the construction industry for the past 15 years and has been with Coleman Goodemote since 2015. He is responsible for managing all aspects of project construction beginning with preconstruction and estimating and continuing through final owner sign-off. He serves as the day-to-day contact for the overall project teams and leads office and field staff for Coleman Goodemote Construction. He is responsible for company operations including business development, pre-construction, contract negotiation, and executive project management.

A six-story, 246,000 SF athletic residence hall housing 418 undergraduate students in two and four bedroom suites, built to LEED certification standards with a three-level, 550-car parking deck.
Halifax Hospital Medical Center, CVICU/CPICU, Daytona Beach, FL
A complete renovation of the Cardiovascular/Cardiopulmonary Intensive Care Unit on the 6th floor, including new mechanical systems, oxygen distribution, and finishes, with an active cardiovascular operating room directly adjacent to the work area.
Allied Veterinary Hospital, South Daytona, FL
A retrofit of an existing space to accommodate a new 11,000 SF veterinary hospital including exam rooms, containment area, emergency rooms, operating rooms, and a CT scan room.

Project Manager
Robert Bolwerk
Rob has been working in the construction industry for 36 years. He worked his way up through the electrical trade starting as a journeyman and quickly became a field superintendent. In 2007 Rob moved from trade construction to general contracting, bringing his extensive knowledge of field operations and electrical construction, and transitioned to project management and estimating in 2010. Since then he has been involved in commercial construction projects from concept to closeout and turnover. His extensive field knowledge, specifically electrical scope, allows Rob to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex problems as well as accurately schedule trades for efficient and effective work.

An elite multi-sport educational academy. The relationship with DME has allowed us to build numerous projects over the past six years including dormitories, gymnasiums, classrooms, and an athletic field, all delivered design/build, cost plus a fee with a guaranteed maximum price.

Self-storage facilities throughout Volusia and Flagler Counties. Their unique business model includes both new construction and renovation of existing facilities not previously built for storage, presenting complicated design/build challenges we have successfully solved.

Robert Robbins
Robert “Bob” Robbins has been with Coleman Goodemote since shortly after the founding of the company in 1993 and has 40 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. His career began as a carpentry journeyman, and his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team attitude quickly moved him up the ranks in the field. He has been an integral part of numerous commercial and industrial projects over the course of his career. Bob's extensive experience makes him an invaluable asset throughout the design process, as he can troubleshoot and resolve issues long before they present themselves in the field.
