ERAU Wind Tunnel Facility

Coleman Goodemote partnered with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University to construct the facility which houses one of the largest technologically advanced wind tunnels in the country. The 15,000-square-foot tilt-up concrete building features advanced mechanical and electrical systems to service the wind tunnel equipment. Security and safety measures were extensive, as the system utilizes powerful lasers to view the flow of wind.

Ormond Beach, FL

Future Foods Manufacturing

A $10 million facility housing manufacturing, packaging, storage, and distribution for Future Foods, a US-based company producing protein-rich plant-based foods. The project included heavy electrical and plumbing systems as well as high-level coordination between infrastructure and highly sensitive processing equipment.

Palm Coast, FL

Palm Coast First Data

Coleman Goodemote provided general contractor services for the First Data Center in Palm Coast, a high-tech corporation specializing in credit card acceptance and e-commerce solutions. The project consisted of 60,000 SF of warehouse space, corporate office space, and 70,000 SF of phased teleservice facilities. Coleman Goodemote was later selected to perform design/build services for a future expansion of the complex.

Daytona International Speedway

Over the past 30+ years Coleman Goodemote has been working in and around Daytona International Speedway, completing projects for ISC and its affiliates, from large permanent buildings and expansions to interior buildouts and temporary facilities. The race season presents a unique challenge: race day will not change. Extensive pre-planning and a dedication to completing projects on time has helped us overcome that challenge year after year.
